Greg Blais, Eataly

Greg Blais, host of Cutting the Curd, has worked as a cheesemonger for Dean & Deluca, Bedford Cheese, Artisanal Bistro, Essex Street Cheese Co. and Eataly, among others. Greg served as ACS judge in Washington D.C. and was the 1st American judge in the Concorso Nazionale dei formaggi a latte crudo.
