    • ACS has reserved a block of discounted rooms for our judges at the following hotel:

      As part of the service we offer our judges, ACS is happy to book your room reservation for you for the entire length of your stay. Please indicate your preference below. All incidental expenses (i.e. extra room nights, telephone, meals, bar charges, movies, etc.) will be billed directly to the card you provide at check-in.

      PLEASE NOTE: If your form is not submitted by the APRIL 10 deadline, you will be responsible for making your own room arrangements. ACS cannot guarantee room availability after this date.

    • Honorarium Selection

    • Please review the three options below and select one.


      Option 1: $500 Honorarium Only
      • I prefer to receive the full $500 honorarium and pay for my hotel myself. I am providing my arrival and departure date so ACS may reserve my room. I understand all hotel charges will be billed directly to the credit card I provide at check-in.

      Option 2: $100 Honorarium + Two (2) Hotel Nights at the Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh
      • I prefer to receive the $100 honorarium and have ACS pay directly for two hotel room nights plus tax (Sunday, July 22 and Monday, July 23). I am providing my arrival and departure dates so ACS may reserve my room on my behalf. I understand all hotel charges will be billed directly to the credit card I provide at check-in.

      Option 3: Donation to the American Cheese Education (ACE) Foundation
      • I wish to waive the honorarium and paid hotel nights and designate $500 as a donation to the ACE Foundation in my name. I am providing my arrival and departure dates so ACS may reserve my room on my behalf. I understand all hotel charges will be billed directly to the credit card I provide at check-in.

      International Judge Option
      • I prefer to receive my $100 stipend as a credit toward my hotel room bill (in lieu of a check) and have ACS pay directly for two hotel room nights plus tax (Sunday, July 22 and Monday, July 23). I am providing my arrival and departure dates so ACS may reserve my room on my behalf. I understand all hotel charges will be billed directly to the credit card I provide at check-in.

    • ACS NO SHOW POLICY

    • As a complimentary service to our judges, ACS will reserve a hotel room for you based on the information provided by you on this form. It is your responsibility to notify ACS when your dates or room needs change. If you are a No-Show or a late arrival, you will forfeit your complimentary room night and will be billed directly for all nights of your stay.
