How to Enter

    HOW TO ENTER

    Welcome to the ACS Judging & Competition Entry System.  While we encourage all entrants to use the online system for speed and accuracy, you may also contact the ACS office to receive a paper entry form.  To enter online, just follow the steps below to submit your entries.

    Step 1: Before you get started, please review the following important information:

    Step 2: Select your method of entry:

    ACS encourages all entrants to utilize the online entry system.  For those participants who prefer to use a paper entry, please contact the ACS office at (720) 328-2788.

    *Step 3: Create Your Company Profile 

    Returning users, please log in with your email address and the password you created last year.  If you do not remember your username or password, please contact the ACS office for assistance at (720) 328-2788.

    Please note you will be asked to upload a pdf or jpg of your company’s current dairy plant permit(s) or business license(s) during this step in the entry process.  If you do not have a copy of your current permit or license, please upload any pdf or jpg to continue with the registration process.  Once you have completed the entry process, please be sure to fax your permit to ACS at (720) 328-2786 or email it to mrichard@cheesesociety.org.

    Step 4: Add/Duplicate Your Entries

    Once you’ve created your unique company profile via the link above (limited to one per company, please), you can begin submitting your entries.

    This online system will allow you to leave the entry process and return to continue adding or editing your entries.

    Step 5: Submit Your Payment

    Once your entries are complete, you can finish and pay for your entries. Please make sure to review all of your entries prior to submitting your payment. Once you have submitted and paid for your entries, you will not be able to edit them.

    Please note your entries are not considered complete until your payment has been received and cleared.  All payments must be received by the current year’s deadline. 

    Step 6: Confirmation and Thank You

    Once you have completed your entry and submitted your payment, you will receive an email confirmation listing your company profile information, billing information, and a complete list of your entries.  Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure all of your products have been entered correctly.  If you notice a discrepancy, please contact the ACS office immediately at (720) 328-2788.
