    WHEN AND WHERE

    The American Cheese Society Judging & Competition, the largest judging and competition of its kind for American-made cheeses, will take place Monday, July 24 and Tuesday, July 25, 2017, as part of the American Cheese Society’s Annual Conference, Cheese with Altitude!  The Conference & Competition will be held in Denver, CO July 26-29, 2017.

    IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR ENTERING COMPANIES:

    HAVE YOU SUBMITTED YOUR DAIRY PLANT PERMIT(S) OR HEALTH INSPECTION REPORT(S)?

    Judging & Competition entries are not complete until ACS receives a copy of your current Dairy Plant Permit or business license.  If your entries are not all produced at the same dairy plant, please note that a current permit is required for each entry’s production location.  Please be sure to include this documentation in your company profile in the online entry system.
